Usage Instructions
Preparation: Physically snap the neck of the ampoule or pierce the vial stopper using a sterile needle.

Inspection: It is physically critical to check for clarity. If the water is cloudy or contains particles, it must be chemically and physically discarded.
Single-Use: Once opened, WFI physically loses its sterility. Any unused portion must be discarded immediately.
Safety Warning: For Dilution/Reconstitution Only. Hemolysis Note: NEVER inject Water for Injection directly into the bloodstream without first mixing it with a solute to make it isotonic; injecting pure water can physically cause Hemolysis (bursting of red blood cells). Contraindication: Do not use if the container is leaking or if the solution is not clear.
