Description
Thiamine, Pyridoxine & Cyanocobalamin Injection (Vitamin B1, B6, B12)
Healthy Inc is a specialized global supplier and exporter of essential neuro-regenerative and metabolic therapies. We provide high-purity Neurotropic B-Complex Injection (B1 100mg, B6 100mg, B12 1000mcg), manufactured in WHO–GMP certified sterile vitamin facilities. This “Nerve Repair Triad” is a mandatory export to endocrinology clinics, neurology departments, and government health ministries in Africa, LATAM, and Southeast Asia, serving as the definitive intervention for severe peripheral neuropathy, severe vitamin deficiencies, and neuro-inflammatory disorders.
Product Overview
This formulation contains a high-dose, synergistic combination of three essential neurotropic B-vitamins: Thiamine Hydrochloride (B1), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6), and Cyanocobalamin (B12).
The “Neuro-Regenerative Triad” Specialist:
- Thiamine (B1) – The Energy Facilitator: Acts as a crucial coenzyme in carbohydrate metabolism. It provides the necessary ATP (energy) for neurons to function and synthesize acetylcholine, ensuring smooth nerve impulse transmission.
- Pyridoxine (B6) – The Neurotransmitter Synthesizer: Vital for amino acid metabolism. It acts as a coenzyme in the synthesis of critical neurotransmitters, including GABA, dopamine, and serotonin, regulating pain perception and nerve excitability.
- Cyanocobalamin (B12) – The Myelin Builder: Essential for nucleic acid synthesis and lipid metabolism within the nervous system. It actively drives the regeneration of the myelin sheath (the protective coating around nerves) and supports the maturation of red blood cells to prevent macrocytic anemia.
- Synergistic Action: Together, these three vitamins do not just relieve pain; they actively repair damaged nerve fibers and restore sensory/motor function in patients suffering from severe nerve degeneration.

Manufacturing Authority
Marketed and Distributed by Healthy Inc from WHO-GMP & ISO 9001:2015 certified units.
- Photosensitivity & Stability: Cyanocobalamin is highly susceptible to degradation by UV light. Our manufacturing and filling lines utilize strict amber glass packaging and UV-filtered environments to ensure the signature deep red solution maintains 100% of its therapeutic potency.
- pH Balance: The formulation is precisely buffered to accommodate the different stability requirements of all three vitamins simultaneously, ensuring no precipitation occurs during its 24 to 36-month shelf life.
Therapeutic Indications (Human Use)
Indicated for the treatment of severe neurological and metabolic disorders:
- Diabetic Polyneuropathy: Repairing nerve damage and relieving numbness/tingling caused by chronic hyperglycemia.
- Alcoholic Neuropathy: Addressing severe neuro-deficiencies common in chronic alcoholism.
- Neuralgias & Neuritis: Trigeminal neuralgia, post-herpetic neuralgia (shingles pain), sciatica, and lumbago.
- Drug-Induced Neuropathies: For example, neuropathy induced by Isoniazid (TB treatment).
- Severe Vitamin B Deficiency: Malabsorption syndromes, pernicious anemia, or severe dietary restrictions.
Dosage & Administration
Recommended Dosage (Strictly as per Physician):
- Route: Deep Intramuscular (IM) Injection ONLY.
- CRITICAL WARNING (Route): DO NOT ADMINISTER INTRAVENOUSLY (IV). Rapid IV injection of high-dose Thiamine can trigger sudden, fatal anaphylactic shock.
- Severe / Acute Cases: 1 ampoule (3 ml) daily via deep IM injection until acute symptoms subside.
- Mild Cases / Maintenance: 1 ampoule (3 ml) via deep IM injection 2 to 3 times per week.
Safety Warnings (CRITICAL):
- Anaphylaxis: Although rare, severe hypersensitivity reactions (including anaphylactic shock) can occur, particularly in patients sensitive to Thiamine or Cyanocobalamin. Resuscitation equipment must be available.
- Levodopa Interaction: Pyridoxine (B6) significantly accelerates the peripheral metabolism of Levodopa, reversing its anti-Parkinsonian effects. Do not use in Parkinson’s patients taking pure Levodopa (without a decarboxylase inhibitor like Carbidopa).
- Injection Site Pain: High-concentration vitamin injections can be locally irritating; deep gluteal injection is required to minimize pain and induration.
