Recommended Dosage (Strictly as per Physician):

• CRITICAL WARNING (Route): DO NOT ADMINISTER INTRAVENOUSLY (IV). Rapid IV injection of high-dose Thiamine can trigger sudden, fatal anaphylactic shock.
• Severe / Acute Cases: 1 ampoule (3 ml) daily via deep IM injection until acute symptoms subside.
• Mild Cases / Maintenance: 1 ampoule (3 ml) via deep IM injection 2 to 3 times per week.

Safety Warnings (CRITICAL):

• Anaphylaxis: Although rare, severe hypersensitivity reactions (including anaphylactic shock) can occur, particularly in patients sensitive to Thiamine or Cyanocobalamin. Resuscitation equipment must be available.
• Levodopa Interaction: Pyridoxine (B6) significantly accelerates the peripheral metabolism of Levodopa, reversing its anti-Parkinsonian effects. Do not use in Parkinson’s patients taking pure Levodopa (without a decarboxylase inhibitor like Carbidopa).
