Product Overview
Ondansetron is a potent and selective 5-HT3 Receptor Antagonist. It blocks the action of serotonin, a natural substance that may cause nausea and vomiting.

- CINV: Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting (Standard of care for cancer patients).
- PONV: Post-Operative Nausea and Vomiting (Used prophylactically before anesthesia).
- RINV: Radiation-Induced Nausea and Vomiting.

Therapeutic Indications

Dosage & Administration
Strict Medical Supervision Required:
- Chemotherapy (Adults): 8 mg to 32 mg IV slow injection (over 15 mins) prior to chemotherapy.
- Post-Operative (Adults): 4 mg IV slow injection immediately before induction of anesthesia.
- Pediatrics: Dosing based on body surface area (BSA) or weight (0.15 mg/kg).
