Dosage & Administration

Dilution Note: The 2mg/ml concentration is physically “Ready-to-Use” and typically does not require further dilution.
Transition: Once the patient’s condition stabilizes, they are physically transitioned to oral Ciprofloxacin tablets (Sequential Therapy).
Safety Warning: For Intravenous Infusion Only. Tendon Note: Fluoroquinolones may physically increase the risk of Tendon Rupture; monitor for joint pain. Hydration Note: Patients must physically maintain adequate hydration to prevent crystalluria. Contraindication: Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to Ciprofloxacin or other quinolones. Avoid co-administration with Tizanidine.
