• Test Dose (Mandatory): 1-2 Units given initially to check for anaphylaxis or hyperpyrexia (sudden high fever).
• LIFETIME CUMULATIVE DOSE LIMIT (CRITICAL): Do not exceed 400 Units total lifetime dose. Exceeding this limit dramatically increases the risk of fatal lung fibrosis.

Safety Warnings (CRITICAL):

• Pulmonary Fibrosis (Lung Scarring): The most dangerous side effect. Causes irreversible lung damage. Monitor patients with Chest X-Rays and lung function tests. Stop immediately if user develops a dry cough or crackles.
• Skin Toxicity: Causes “Flagellate Erythema” (whip-like marks on the back) and hyperpigmentation.
• Febrile Reaction: Severe fever and chills can occur 4-5 hours after injection. Pre-medicate with Acetaminophen.
