Dosage & Administration

• Dilution Protocol: Dilute in 100 ml of 0.9% Sodium Chloride, Lactated Ringer’s, or 5% Dextrose.
• Infusion Time: Administer over 15 minutes.
• Renal Adjustment: Dose must be reduced in patients with impaired renal function (CrCl < 80 ml/min).
