• Children: 50,000 IU/kg/day.
• Reconstitution: Add Water for Injection. SHAKE VIGOROUSLY to form a uniform white suspension before withdrawing.

Safety Warnings (CRITICAL):

• NEVER INTRAVENOUS (IV): ABSOLUTE CONTRAINDICATION. Injecting Procaine Penicillin IV causes Hoigné Syndrome (severe panic, hallucinations, seizures) and cardiac arrest due to micro-embolisms. IM USE ONLY.
• Penicillin Allergy: Anaphylaxis Risk. Perform a skin sensitivity test (AST) before the first dose. Contraindicated in allergic patients.
