Dosage & Administration

Recommended Dosage (Strictly as per Veterinarian):

• Route: Deep Intramuscular (IM) or Slow Intravenous (IV).
• Cattle & Horses: 5 – 10 mg per kg body weight.
• Dogs & Cats: 15 – 25 mg per kg body weight.
• Frequency: Once daily (OD) for 3 to 5 days.
• Withdrawal Period: Milk (7 days), Meat (28 days) – subject to local regulations.

Safety Warnings:

• Calcium Interaction: Do not mix with calcium-containing solutions (like Ringer’s Lactate); risk of precipitation in lungs/kidneys.
• Hypersensitivity: Do not use in animals with known allergy to Cephalosporins.
