Safety Warnings (CRITICAL):

• NEVER INTRAVENOUS (IV): ABSOLUTE CONTRAINDICATION. IV injection of Dicyclomine causes thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, and can lead to ischemic necrosis and gangrene of the limb.
• Glaucoma: CONTRAINDICATED in Narrow-Angle Glaucoma (increases intraocular pressure).
• GI Obstruction: Do not use in bowel obstruction or severe ulcerative colitis (risk of toxic megacolon).
