Description

Methyl Ergometrine Maleate Injection (Veterinary)

Healthy Inc is a specialized global supplier and exporter of essential veterinary gynaecological injections. We provide high-purity Methyl Ergometrine Maleate Injection, sourced from WHO–GMP certified sterile facilities. This rapid-acting uterotonic alkaloid is a top export to dairy farms, stud farms, and veterinary clinics in Africa, LATAM, and Southeast Asia, specifically relied upon for managing post-partum hemorrhage and facilitating uterine involution.

Product Overview

This formulation contains Methyl Ergometrine Maleate, a semi-synthetic ergot alkaloid that acts directly on the smooth muscle of the uterus.

The “Uterine Contracting” Specialist:

  • Rapid Action: Induces strong, rhythmic contractions of the uterus within minutes of administration to control bleeding immediately.
  • Involution Aid: Accelerates the return of the uterus to its normal size (involution) after calving or foaling.
  • Placental Expulsion: Assists in the expulsion of the placenta (afterbirth) in cases of retention (ROP), preventing secondary infections.
  • Potency: More active and specific on the uterus than natural Ergotamine, with fewer cardiovascular side effects.

We supply this sterile injection in amber glass ampoules or vials to protect the light-sensitive alkaloid.
