- Preparation (Concentrate): Dilute 4 ml vial in at least 100 ml of 0.9% Sodium Chloride or 5% Dextrose.
Safety Warnings (CRITICAL):
- Renal Toxicity: NSAIDs reduce renal blood flow. Use with caution in elderly or dehydrated patients. Monitor Creatinine.
- Bleeding Risk: Inhibits platelet aggregation. Contraindicated in patients with active GI bleeding or intracranial hemorrhage.
