Dacarbazine for injection (commonly known by the brand name DTIC-Dome) is an antineoplastic (chemotherapy) agent supplied as a sterile, lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder for reconstitution. It is primarily used to treat metastatic malignant melanoma and Hodgkin’s disease.
