Phytomenadione injection (also known as Vitamin K1) is a sterile, clear to slightly opalescent, yellow to amber-coloured aqueous solution. It is used to treat or prevent bleeding caused by Vitamin K deficiency or to reverse the effects of anticoagulant drugs like Warfarin.
