Recommended Dosage (Strictly as per Physician):

• Standard Adult Dose: 4 mg injected intramuscularly every 12 hours.
• DURATION LIMIT (CRITICAL): Parenteral (IM) treatment must be restricted to a maximum of 3 to 5 consecutive days. Prolonged use is strictly prohibited.
• Pediatric Use: Contraindicated in children and adolescents under 16 years of age.

Safety Warnings (CRITICAL):

• Genotoxicity & Aneuploidy Risk: One of the metabolites of thiocolchicoside (M2) has been shown to cause aneuploidy (an abnormal number of chromosomes) in dividing cells. Therefore, systemic use must be strictly limited to short-term therapy to mitigate potential genotoxic risks.
